Positions
All engineering and administrative positions are currently filled.
We do accept resumes. Candidates for positions that may develop

Internships at Doppler
Doppler Studios has three internships that last about four months
(one is full time, the others are part time). They each pay $6.00/hr.
DAYTIME POSITION Hours are 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM Monday through
Friday. Duties include data entry (computer experience important),
custodial chores, getting lunch for staff and customers, and running
errands. Must have an automobile.
ADMINISTRATIVE POSITION Hours are approximately 11:00 AM
to 1:00 PM Monday through Friday. Duties include telephone answering,
light clerical work, carrying stuff around, and packaging and
shipping.
EVENING POSITION Hours are 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM Monday through
Friday. Duties include cleaning and restocking studios, answering
telephones, running errands, and miscellaneous chores. Must have
an automobile.
REQUIREMENTS We look for people that can do the jobs well
and have the background in audio or music that enables them to
benefit from the internship. We expect interns to gain experience,
pick up skills or make contacts that lead to the next step in
their careers. Each intern has opportunities (based on ability)
to learn how to operate studio equipment in off hours on their
own time and to assist on recording sessions.
Interviews take place
approximately six weeks before the start of the internship. Persons
interested in an interview should contact Josh Coleman to set
up an appointment. Be aware that interviews cannot be scheduled
more than a couple of business days in advance except for out
of town visitors. Interviewees are expected to provide a resume
or a letter explaining their background and containing contact
information.
Internships Summer 2008:The summer internships have been filled.
Internships Fall 2008: The fall internships start around the first of September 2008 and continue into December. Interviews will take place in July 2008
Internships Winter 2009: The winter internships start around the first of January and continue into April. Interviews will take place in November 2008.
